Arwen Saenz is a New York City–based artist, actor, and dancer whose work explores identity, vulnerability, justice, and culture. Rooted in this, she is drawn to projects that center collaboration and amplify underrepresented voices.

Originally from Washington Heights, Arwen began her artistic journey in dance before expanding into theatre, where she discovered a passion for both. She earned her B.A. in Theatre from Pace University, dedicating her studies to creating devised, ensemble-driven work. Arwen continues to cultivate work that is physically grounded, socially engaged, and emotionally resonant—bringing both rigor and heart to every space she enters.
